# How to make it:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just incorporated, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
03 - Shape mixture into 20-24 meatballs approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
04 - Bake for 15-18 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned on the exterior.
